If you wish to return one or more items of your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to make your return request. You then have an additional 14 days to send us your package.
Our GARDENA Consumer Service reserves the right to refuse a return package and return it to you if your package was sent after the expiry of the 14-day period.
How do I return one or more items?
- Download and fill out the returns form (below)
- Send your return request including the completed returns form and purchase invoice to the following email address: gardenashop-fr@husqvarnagroup.com
Our consumer service will process your request as soon as possible and will provide you with a returns label if necessary. In that case:
- Place the item(s) in a box (if possible in the original box)
- Insert the returns form and purchase invoice into the box
- Stick the returns label on the box
- Send your package to the following address:

- Arrange the shipment in an agency of the DPD carrier*
As soon as we have received and registered your package, we will proceed to a refund of the item(s) and we will send you a confirmation email.
*If the total amount of your refund is less than or equal to 30€, the return costs remain at your expense. For packages returned with your returns label, we will deduct a lump sum of €5 from the total amount of the refund; provided that the total amount of the refund does not exceed 30 €.
