Wireless irrigation valve with Bluetooth® technology
The GARDENA Bluetooth® Irrigation Valve offers the latest in Bluetooth® technology allowing you to program and monitor the watering schedule of your underground irrigation system from the palm of your hand. Programming is uncomplicated and can be set up using a tablet or smartphone within 10 metres of the valve. Up to 6 individual programs can be set to start and stop independently using the GARDENA Bluetooth® app which will guide you step-by-step.
The valve’s power source is a 9V battery making it completely wireless which avoids issues arising from a power supply not being in a convenient position. It can also be used in conjunction with a GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor (1867-20) to maximise water efficiency. Up to 6 individual programs can be set using the GARDENA Bluetooth® app on a smartphone or tablet
Start time, watering duration (1min - 10hrs) and watering days can be selected freely without restrictions or the scheduling assistant can help by asking specific questions regarding your garden and its requirements. Thanks to its 1" female thread connections, it can easily be installed to a pipe system or, for even more convenience, in a GARDENA Valve Box which can lodge from 1 to 3 units (sold separately)
Safe Water Stop function verifies that there is enough battery power to complete the upcoming watering cycle. If not, the cycle is not commenced. The unit can be used manually at any time using the Water Now! Button or the manual switch. The seasonal change and rain functions can be used to adjust programs temporarily.
Made from UV stabilised material and tested to the equivalent of 3 years of Australian sunshine, it is rated to 1200 kPa, made in Germany and comes with a 2-year warranty.
In order to use the GARDENA Bluetooth® app and use the full functionalities of GARDENA Bluetooth® enabled products, an online registration and set-up of a user account with GARDENA or our group of companies, the Husqvarna Group, is required. You will need to provide a username and email address to set up the GARDENA user account. You simply need to follow the instructions displayed on the app when setting up your account.
Note that you are not required to use your first and last name when setting up your account, the choice is yours. The email address that you will provide will serve as verification that you are the authorised person to access the email account. Here you can also use an email address that does not include your first and/or last name, if you prefer.
