Automatic, water-saving irrigation

With the GARDENA Soil Moisture Sensor, the moisture of the soil is considered for automatic irrigation. The Soil Moisture Sensor is simply stuck into the ground beside the plants, and electronically, durably and reliably measures temperature differences in the earth. The current moisture level can be read.

Automatically water-saving irrigation

When the soil is moist enough, your automatic irrigation system will not be started, or an ongoing irrigation will be interrupted – in this way you can save water and still have beautiful and healthy plants. Together with the GARDENA Water Control, the Soil Moisture Sensor can open and close the water flow depending on the soil moisture.
