Powerful performance – intelligent technology – maintenance-free tank
You can easily save resources with the GARDENA Pressure Tank Unit 5000/5 eco with a power of 1,100 W and a maximum flow rate of 4,500 l/h. It distributes inexpensive service water from rain barrels, wells or cisterns, for example, fully automatically in the house and garden. Use water from the pump for flushing the toilet, for the washing machine, or for garden irrigation. The Pressure Tank Unit automatically switches on and then off again depending on the water demand. For smaller quantities of water, the Pressure Tank Unit uses its 24-litre storage tank, operating extremely cost-effectively and quietly. The fully adjustable eco mode can create energy savings of up to 15% compared to normal operation. This is easy on both your wallet and the environment. The integrated dry-running safety device with warning lamp function ensures protection, the Pressure Tank Unit switches off automatically when the pump runs dry. The large-volume 24-litre stainless steel tank is very convenient and will be maintenance-free for 5 years. The membrane does not need to be replaced during this time and it's not neccessary to refill with air. As standard, the GARDENA Pressure Tank Unit is equipped with an integrated pre-filter, which protects the pump from dirt and sand, as well as a backflow preventer. It can be easily and conveniently started up, switched off or optionally set to "manual" or "automatic" via a multi-function rotary switch. The large filling opening and the bleed valve support problem-free commissioning. Self-priming is optimised by the automatic check valve adjustment. In addition, a thermal overload switch ensures trouble-free operation of the capacitor motor. On the pressure side, you can use three connections individually and operate several units simultaneously, as required. If frost looms, you can drain the pump with the help of the drain screw. The Pressure Tank Unit impresses with its intelligent technology, high-quality materials and compact design. The manometer and pressure switch are integrated in a space-saving and clearly arranged manner. Salt water, aggressive and highly flammable substances and food must not be pumped. Spring-mounted rubber feet are available as an accessory from the GARDENA Service to make the running of the Pressure Tank Unit even quieter. After simple online registration, GARDENA offers an extended warranty of five years on the German-engineered pump.
