For an easy entry to the new Micro-Drip-System
The Universal connector 1/2" by GARDENA gives you the possibility to easily switch to the Micro-Drip-System. The connector has an input for standard Connecting Pipes and Drip Irrigation Lines of your previous system from 13 to 16 mm and a GARDENA output which a GARDENA 13 mm Connecting Pipe Flex is connected to. You can also use the Universal connector to connect a GARDENA 13.7 mm Drip Irrigation Line (Art. No. 1389-20 and 1395-20) to the GARDENA 13 mm flexible Connecting Pipe for above and below ground Drip Irrigation Line (Art. No. 13503 and 13504). The installation of the MDS component for the system changeover is intuitive and self-explanatory thanks to the clever symbolism. When connecting Micro-Drip-System parts to the GARDENA output of the Universal connector, you will hear a feedback click in the closed position, which confirms the successful connection. In combination with the separately available Master Unit 1000 (Art. No. 13333-20) or Master Unit 2000 (Art. No. 13310-20), your Micro-Drip-System is reliably water-proof and it is supplied with an even water pressure. This makes them reusable and therefore sustainable.
