Ако желаете да върнете един или повече артикули от поръчката си, имате 14 дни от датата на получаване на пакета, за да направите заявката си за връщане. След това имате допълнителни 14 дни, за да ни изпратите пакета си.
Нашият отдел за обслужване на клиенти GARDENA си запазва правото да откаже пакет за връщане и да Ви го върне, ако пакетът Ви е изпратен след изтичането на 14-дневния срок.
How do I return one or more items?
- Download and fill out the returns form (below)
- Send your return request including the completed returns form and purchase invoice to the following email address: gardenashop-fr@husqvarnagroup.com
Our consumer service will process your request as soon as possible and will provide you with a returns label if necessary. In that case:
- Place the item(s) in a box (if possible in the original box)
- Insert the returns form and purchase invoice into the box
- Stick the returns label on the box
- Send your package to the following address:

- Arrange the shipment in an agency of the DPD carrier*
As soon as we have received and registered your package, we will proceed to a refund of the item(s) and we will send you a confirmation email.
*If the total amount of your refund is less than or equal to 30€, the return costs remain at your expense. For packages returned with your returns label, we will deduct a lump sum of €5 from the total amount of the refund; provided that the total amount of the refund does not exceed 30 €.
